With managed VPS option ehosting is responsible for maintaining the server and operating system, critical patch installation and updates as requested, and for providing support for the included Plesk Control Panel. I know exactly what I want, and I have the know-how to setup and configure my VPS. I need full root access and do not require support.

With Root VPS option you are responsible for maintaining the server and installing applications and patches. You have the option of a Plesk control however it is not supported. Engineer support is available at additional cost please see terms and conditions.
