I know exactly what I want, and I have the know-how to setup and configure my VPS. I need full root access and do not require support.

With Root VPS option you are responsible for maintaining the server and installing applications and patches. You have the option of a Plesk control however it is not supported. Engineer support is available at additional cost please see terms and conditions.
