Our 14 day money back guarantee in conjunction with the Distance Selling Regulations, does not extend to orders which the account holder wishes to refund for reasons stated below; note that this list is not exhaustive, and only serves as an example. Other reasons for cancelation which overall fit these eventualities are also invalid under the guarantee. Examples where by the offer DOES apply, include, but again are not limited to; poor customer service, network performance etc, again this list is not exhaustive. Please note that you relinquish your cancellation rights under the DSR's at the point your order is paid and provisioned by our systems.

Customers wishing to cancel within 14 days of their initial order date will be charged a 10% administration fee for orders of £25 or higher.

Additionally for all subscription values, applicable to those clients who have utilised technical support services with regards to the subscription which they wish to cancel under these terms; you may be requested to also pay for this support at the amount specified for this service within our terms and conditions of service. For clarification, if you cancel within 14 days of your order date and have utilised technical support services which ordinarily would have been inclusive within your subscription, we reserve the right to charge you for this service given that you are requesting a termination.
